• Pricing is based on standard 8-hour working days (Monday - Friday).
• Delays due to environmental conditions (weather, site lockouts) to be charged at stand-by rates.
• Any deviation from or reduction in scope may result in a price adjustment.

Disclaimer:

• By issuing a purchase order or providing written approval to proceed, the client acknowledges and agrees that the entirety of this document, including all terms, conditions, inclusions, exclusions, and rates apply regardless of whether a signed copy of this document is returned to PSL Patrick-Sprack Limited.
• Payments processed by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge on the total value of this quotation.
• The goods described in this proposal are covered by the manufacturer's standard limited parts warranty, which includes the replacement of defective parts (excluding labour). Labour is covered separately by PSL under a 90-day warranty, effective from the date of installation.
• The manufacturer's parts warranty may require that the goods be maintained by an authorized representative of the manufacturer during the warranty period, which may be covered under a separate maintenance contract.
• Tariff Pass Thru Notice: Any freshly imposed import duties or tariffs created or imposed upon product imported to Canada after the date hereof, payable by PSL Patrick-Sprack Limited, will be payable by the customer to PSL Patrick-Sprack Limited as an increase in the contract's price (including any additional HST) due and payable alongside the contract price. Your acceptance of this estimate shall constitute your agreement to pay for same. Any purchase order you issue to PSL Patrick-Sprack Limited in respect of this estimate must acknowledge this obligation.
